Unhiding Friends LIST!! Options

I just got a great new profile layout, but I cannot figure out what code I need to get rid of to unhide my friends list. I love the layout and don't want to delete it, but I do want to see my friends list, the code is below. Please HELP!!!

I am also in some need of help. If I post my background layout (and maybe a few added pics) can anyone assist me in why my friends are hidden on my profile? I would really appreciate any help!
