I remember in my middle-school years, I never could actually identify my mood swings as PMS. I could have been diagnosed bipolar with my terrible mood changes. :T
Now that I've grown up (a little), I can easily recognize when my mind is easily irritated from PMS. Just yesterday, I was getting annoyed with people from copying my schoolwork (which I usually never care about), and I quickly realized that I was only acting this way b/c my period is coming soon. Realization helps me calm down and return to my regular self. ![]() So, do you girls recognize when you're being irregular b/c of PMS? Or for guys, can you recognize when a girl is actually PMSing (not just being a girl)? |

Usually my biggest indicator is headaches more often and food cravings. My mood doesn't usually change when I am about to get it. I'm only cranky on the first day of PMS.
