Apparently there's this neighborhood called Sunset Terrace in which the deed restrictions say that no person outside of the Caucasian race shal reside there, unless they're servants. Oo
It was written back in the 1940's, but I still find it kinda of funny that that clause is in the Deed Restrictions. Sunset Terrace is inside a city called Pasadena, which is right outside of Houston. |

or ya'll could read when he said straight forward that it's not like that anymore and people of different races LIVING THERE had no clue about it.
