LOL Is it just me or does anyone else realize that it's only the females in this thread that have canker sores
Eeeek! Main Entry: canker sore Function: noun : a small painful ulcer especially of the mouth; especially : a painful shallow ulceration of the oral mucous membranes that has a grayish-white base surrounded by a reddish inflamed area and is characteristic of aphthous stomatitis A canker sore sore can be triggered by emotional stress, dietary deficiencies, menstrual periods, hormonal changes, food allergies or trauma in the mouth. Canker sores usually heal without treatment within two weeks. ![]() Shit I had one of these before, actually a few times. I always cut them off and rinse mouth with peroxide. I've never had it outside of my mouth though... I'd become depressed. |

They don't know what causes them but i think they ran some tests and found out that people that are depressed are more likely to get them. something like that.. none of that is 100% because the cause is unknown. cankersores= herpes simplex =] a lot of people have it don't worry haha. i think i have one right now or maybe it's a wound from my braces. |
