what do you when the guy you're absolutely in love with gets a girlfriend.. and now all you can do is think about them two together.. and you're so in love with him that before he got with his girlfriend no matter what song you heard you could always make it relate to him... what do you do when all you can do is cry because he's not with you? I love this guy sooo much and before he got with his girlfriend it seemed like he really liked me... he gave me hugs almost everyday... especially when I waited on him... he even held my hand once at school... he gave me his number in my yearbook... what should I do? I cry myself to sleep everynight.. last night I didn't go to bed until 5:00 in the morning because I was trying to keep my mind off of him and her...
Please help... I'm soo sad I can barely think... It would make me the happiest girl in the world to be his girlfriend.. What should I do?? |

I think you should just try to take your mind off of him. As impossible as that may seem, trust me, it is possible to let go.
If you have any hobbies, (especially artistic, haha) now would be a great time to develop them more deeply considering you are in such an emotional state. But remember this - if you're only a teenager, this feeling won't last for a long time. It will be quite short, actually. Just pull through this heartbreak, and you'll find that it's easier to be stronger during your future ones (there will be more heartbreaks down the road, whether they are with boys OR friends). Just try very hard to keep your mind busy with other things. At night, maybe try to read or listen to music that is NOT lovey-dovey. Paint or go out and play a sport. Hang out with your girl friends. Eat ice-cream and watch a movie. |
