i have this neighbor right across the street from me and he is always blasting his rap music with the window open. and if his window isnt open, then i can feel the bass.
what do i do about it? i cant just call 911, right? i mean..its 911. 911 is for emergencies. |

Your town should have a "Non Emergency number" for things like that.Call 911 and thell get pissed off because its not "life threating".
My dad (Cop) also told me that if the music is loud enough to cause major hearing damage/propery damage from the vibrations they can take the sound system away becauses it becomes dangerous. |
