I used to have some meat on me but after working 2 jobs for a while and not having enough sleep, my appetite has been almost demolished. Thing is I've had a high metabolism and always been active. But I've lost about 10-15 lbs. (and I used to be 130 lbs.) and I feel so drained/weak energywise and my mind feels so durr. Please help me.

I can relate. It's the summer and I'm not currently taking dance classes, and I really don't want to start to lose weight sad.gif

But from what I've heard, working your muscles and getting lot's of protein is what will help you gain weight.
