Number three is an especially good point, Katt. Seriously, it doesn't matter if the kid's on a skateboard or bike... doing that is... well... dangerous... and it proves that "recreations" like these must be regulated. A little discipline won't hurt. I say "kid" but realize that I call people my age "kids", too. |
