QUOTE In hotel room #1408, a writer, known for his ghost stories and haunted tales, gets a taste of his own fiction when his stay turns into a night of fright. ![]() It's coming out on June 22nd in theaters! The plot sounds cool. It's based on a short story by Stephen King. I hope the movie won't disappoint me. |

I read the short story back when I was about 15 and then read it again before the movie came out, and I say that if they had stuck to all the scenarios in the story, it would've been better.
But the original story's only like, 55 pages long, so I understand that they had to add some extra things, but a lot of things that didn't need to be changed were and that kind of pissed me off. The book freaked me out more than the movie. And I couldn't get over the fact that Samuel L. Jackson was in the movie. I just kept waiting for him to say, "I'm sick of these motherf***in' ghosts in this motherf***in' room!" Gah, I should've just went to see Hostel pt. 2 again. |
