It's reciprocal. The problem? S/He's dying. Hodgkin's lymphoma. You want to get married, the person says no. They love you enough - that's certain - but they don't want to hurt you. Ask anyone, it hurts deeply and strongly to be a widow.

That's a good question.
Well, sometimes dying people come out of the bad times and get healthy again. But then, most times they just go from dying to dead. Marrying a dying person is like doing a cannonball into a quicksand. You know what would end up happening, but you still do it anyway. I'd have to really really love the dying guy first to marry them. I wouldn't sign up for future sadness and pain unless I know it's very worth it. |
