ew. My hair ends just stick out and I can't tame them! Do you guys know what kind of hairspray or gels work for "unnameable" hair? I just want it to STAY DOWN!

im a guy, but i use a straightening iron on my hair(nothing big or expensive).
anyways, when i straighten it, i curl the iron under. it keeps your hair straight but it keeps the ends turned more in than out.  help??
