Here's the thing standing in my way, my craphole, middle of nowhere, nothign to do mill town. I need some random, awesome, just rfun things to do this summer with all my friends. Write a play. Learn to paint. Get some penpals. Read 25 books this summer. Take one day a week to hang out for at least 5 hours with one friend in order to know them better. Go to the beach at night with 20 other people and sit in a circle and talk. Perform said play. Take pictures and record every sacred moment of your last summer with your friends and make a progressive scrapbook. Try to make your own music. Get really gaudy, crazy dresses and tights and heels and get some of your friends to do the same and go to the nearest department store to a makeup counter and ask for ridiculous makeup; then have everyone go out to dinner at a nice place. Take a train ride to the nearest big city and explore. Organize a Sunday morning breakfast every week with your friends. Take a walk through the woods. Tan. Swim. Choreograph a dance routine to an old Backstreet Boys song. Play baseball. Build a fort out of cushions and blankets and camp out in your backyard.
There's plenty to do in the summer. |

I've done 3/4 of that list. |
