Just wondering, cuz some of my friends have really bad cramps, but i just feel uneasy.

God, mine are awful. @__@
The only thing that puts them off for a few hours is Midol. And then like 5 minutes after the medicine's 4-6 hours, they come back. It's a bitch. I'll try the banana thing, though. |
