so, when you go out of country.. does it cost money to text people? is it possible to text people?
i'm asking this because i know that it costs a lot of money to call people, so i figured texting would be the same way. have you ever gone out of country and texted/called people, and had a really high bill? |

okay, the reason i'm asking is because my boyfriend left for St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands which is U.S. territory. he has verizon wireless, so i wasn't sure if he would be able to text/call me. i told him i didn't think it would work, but when he told me about it being U.S. territory, i wasn't sure...
