so im making a layout and i cant resize the image because it comes out pixelated.
does/can anyone resize an image without making it look pixelated?  |

Or you could make it have a soft look and it won't look pixelated by duplicating the image layer and setting the top to soft light and put a gaussian blur on the bottom layer.
