Is your house guest ready? Or do you have to bring out aaall the tools when you find out someone's coming?

My house is guest ready but it could use a little work. My room is usually clean..except for the clothes on my floor..so I just put them in the hamper before someone comes over. I really dont care though because, afterall they are coming to my house.
