know what program and how i can get this type effect on my pictures? the nice tan, shiny look.

I have a friend who does that kind of photos sometimes. Sometimes they have lighting background, they would turn there lights on (like a lamp or something) and they take there picture right next to it so it shines.
Also the camera can have illuminate or something like that in the settings (mine does) and it makes things brighter. |
