any tips on toning your butt?

Lunges are more for the upper area below your butt and your quads. If you want the best butt workout (we call it the butt blaster at dance) what you want to do is start out on all fours. Lift one leg up, making sure the knee is bent at 90 degrees and directly behind your hip. Slowly lift it directly upwards, as far as it will go and hold it there for as long as you can. Then bring it back to the starting place (still raised). Now lift it up and down as many times as you can. Make sure your back stays straight and your knee stays behind your hip. Switch legs when you've done as much as you can.

Switch legs when you've done as much as you can. this is definately it. we have this machine in the weight room at my gym, you do this exact motion, but you're lifting a bar with a weight stack. (the muscle building is also toning) once you notice that your butt is firm you may notice it didnt get a whole lot smaller. but this is a step up. and i love my booty. ![]() its a miracle machine, chyeah. |
