I think that its pretty awesome that not everyone who has a birthday is recognized. I saw that like 2 other people were recognized for their birthdays today and yesterday and my birthday is today and I havent even see a happy birthday, fck you or anything. I think that is so awesome!

You know, I totally understand. It reminds me of the movie Sixteen Candles, when everyone forgets Molly Ringwald's birthday.
I hate it when people forget or when I don't get acknowledged for things like birthdays. At least, I used to hate it. Now I really don't do much for birthdays and/or holidays. In any case, everyone I knew forgot my birthday year before last. I didn't get one card, one greeting, nothing. In fact, I got yelled at for not taking out the trash that day. I thought for sure it was a joke, but it wasn't. No one remembered. People told me that they needed to be reminded, but I thought that me reminding them was total bullsh*t. If they cared enough, they'd remember right? Well, wrong. I'm always forgetting people's birthday. I just don't retain that information for some reason. Truthfully, if it wasn't mentioned that it was Kara's or Diana's birthday (the two recent birthday topics), I wouldn't have said anything. (Sorry girls XD). I'm noticing thst some people have manually put their birthday's in the createblog calendar (LOL@Diana). Maybe next year (if you are still here) you can do something like that? =) |
