approaching a guy, who goes to my gym. Options

how do I approach this guy, whose name
I don't know, I've never spoken to, but
have been seeing in my gym for several
weeks in a row now? I catch him looking
at me alot, and once we actually locked
gazes.. Next time that happens should I
smile at him? If he smiles back, then
do I introduce myself? Or is that too soon?
If so how long do I wait? And then, what
the hell do I say??

now i dunno wat things u do at the gym but go to the one next to his but make sure he can see you walking over!! but ignore his gaze just let him watch u!!

then wen u get over there look up and my guess is that he will b lookin at you as you do look very attractive and say hi!! and ur in!!

just my advice comin from a male perspective!! and i know u dnt seem 2 enjoy younger ppl sayin but hey we can still help out!! we look at life4 from a different perspective to older ppl!! so ppl leave the 14 yr old alone she just tryin 2 help k?
