when you have been hooking up with the same guy for like 6 months
and you like him a lot
but now he starts going out with your best friend

and he tells your best friend the same things he used to say to you

i've been in a similar situation.

this boy i used to like, said all this sweet stuff to me, and we hooked up for awhile, now he's onto my friend. we're not that good of friends, but we've talked and hung out before. it doesn't mind me much anymore, since i have a boyfriend whom i love dearly, but i'm sure if i didn't have my current boyfriend i'd be more hurt with the situation.

the guy is an a-hole. as much as it may hurt & be extremely hard, you just need to move on. he obviously only wanted a little fun, which he got, since you've been hooking up with him for 6 months, but seriously he is not worth your time!


your "bestfriend" needs to know that this bothers you. honestly, a "bestfriend" shouldn't do that to you. maybe you should warn her or tell her how much it bothers you. she might think that it's okay. let her know how you feel & if she choses her relationship with him over your friendship, she isn't that much of a friend.
