is there a way to get rid of low risk cookies manually off ur comp?, windows vista/using norton internet security

okay so the past two weeks norton's internet security has found a couple cookies that are low risk..and i click fix to have the program take it out but theres two that keep coming back..and it shows where its located but i have no idea where to find those files/cookies so i can manually delete since norton's not doing its job...the thing is, i have a windows vista and im getting a little confused on wher do i even go to search for them..im so used to XP...ive gone to search but it didnt find anything so..im just confused

my kind of cookies are in the location names like: a&k(thats my comp. name)@adopt.euroclick.com/..which is one of the exact cookies i have right now.
