I used to have some meat on me but after working 2 jobs for a while and not having enough sleep, my appetite has been almost demolished. Thing is I've had a high metabolism and always been active. But I've lost about 10-15 lbs. (and I used to be 130 lbs.) and I feel so drained/weak energywise and my mind feels so durr. Please help me.

(1) Protein- You need to ingest at least 0.6 to 1 g per POUND per day. In your case, you're looking at about (115*.6) 69-115 grams of protein per day. The easiest way to take in that much protein is to procure some flavored whey.

(2) Furthermore, you HAVE to make time to go to the gym. Without exerting your muscles, gaining weight (at least lean muscle mass) is going to be nearly impossible.
