I saw a little boy who was maybe 6 or seven with an incurable skin disease that made his skin look like sand. His skin jutted out in points and and wrinkled in horrible disfugured ways. This boy is too young to have commited any offense that warranted this type of punishment. There is no God. How about this. Prove there is a God. That's why I hate this f**kin site. It's full of a bunch of stupid Asian preteen know-it-alls desperate for some form of social conversation who pick obvious debate tactics and choose simple topics because they are unable to create any original ideas. Finish the 8th grade and then come back. Till then, stop bitching and step down from your goddamn soapbox. You're gay.

P.S.: Most of the ideas in this post are from Christian friends of mine. You will never win anyone over to Christ over the f**kin internet dumbass. My christian friend said to suck his dick, after which you will see the light of christ...dripping over your face.

Let me just throw this out there. I'm an Atheist, and I'm perfectly content with that.

I think this is just about the worst topic that could possibly be created. What do you think will come from this debate except frustration, hurt feelings and clashing egos?

Around here, the idea isn't necessarily to actually prove or disprove God. Some people just want to find out what the other side has going through their heads.

Oh no, I'm not concerned about people getting hurt. It's just that people could get hurt for no reason because there is a slim to none chance that someone is going to budge on their religious stance.

I guess there are people who are open-minded, that look at religion objectively, that could be swayed by an Atheist's theories and vice versa.

I just thought I'd share my opinion. Religion is a matter of personal preference and to challenge that is kind of ... unnecessary for lack of a better term.

I only said that because some people wasn't open minded enough to handle this topic...Oh don't get me wrong, I can stand my Ground plus the time I wrote this I was piss of because of that jerk (sadolakced acid) a couple comments below me. Some people don't respect people belief or point of view. I also understand debates can get heated and I allowed myself to get heated.

They are all equally unfounded beliefs. None of them really deserve respect.
You're just giving religion a free pass cause it's socially taboo to criticize another's spirituality.
Beliefs shouldn't be respected merely because they are believed; that's a terrible notion.

Religion is tremendously popular, so people are afraid to think differently of what's mainstream. I like the saying "What's popular is not always right, and what's right is not always popular".
