Okay, well, I started out just being friends with this guy. We met on the Naruto boards over at IMDb.com and eventually I started liking him. Then on YouTube, I found out he has a girlfriend. I know I never could've even MET him in the first place, but I feel a little dissapointed... Help? Please? How do I get past this?

I REQUEST PEOPLE DON'T RESPOND WITH SARCASM. I KNOW IT WAS STUPID TO FALL IN LOVE LIKE I DID. ALSO, PLEASE NO QUESTIONS LIKE 'WELL, IF YOU KNEW IT WAS STUPID THEN WHY'D YOU DO IT?'

Agreed.

But uh, go on youtube and make up a youtube boyfriend and make him jealous?

Haha, no, but really, even if it did work out with him, there's always going to be the fact that you two are how many miles away and nothing you can do about it. And it just costs that much more money to see eachother. It's better to just face the facts and be with someone in your own area... even if it takes awhile to find someone. Plus, there is plenty of time to find someone. Chances are you won't even talk to the people you date now after you move on in life after college.
