Okay, well, I started out just being friends with this guy. We met on the Naruto boards over at IMDb.com and eventually I started liking him. Then on YouTube, I found out he has a girlfriend. I know I never could've even MET him in the first place, but I feel a little dissapointed... Help? Please? How do I get past this?

I am a little on the fence with this one, I have married someone I met on the internet in an aol chat room almost 10 years ago.
We talked on the internet for almost a year before we even met face to face, never even talk on the phone before we met face to face, and when we finally did meet we drove to NY (4 hour drive) to visit some other online friends (and the rest is history) It is easy to think you really like someone on the internet because they make you feel good. If he has a girlfriend I would get on with something else. and I am almost 100% sure your feelings will pass quickly. |
