I am wondering where I can get a code(s) for forum headers/message board things that I can custamize.

As freeflow asked, what type of forum software are you using? PHPBB, or some free provider, or what? I don't exactly remember, but I think the scrolling thing might be a builtin feature of invisionfree, so if you're using an invisionfree forum, it might be somewhere in the settings.
Oh and I just had to comment--that example forum is absolutely hilarious! "ancient" is misspelled like what, 20 times or something? And it's the title of the forum?
