how do I approach this guy, whose name
I don't know, I've never spoken to, but have been seeing in my gym for several weeks in a row now? I catch him looking at me alot, and once we actually locked gazes.. Next time that happens should I smile at him? If he smiles back, then do I introduce myself? Or is that too soon? If so how long do I wait? And then, what the hell do I say?? If you have an answer to any 1 of these Q's, please hit me with them. thanks!

Go ahead next time you lock eyes. Smile and wave. Then walk up to him. Introduce your self. start having a conversation. Ask him to spot you lifting weights. Ask him to hold down your feet while you do sit ups
