extremly custom comment box? Options

all the comment boxes on here are messed up
and i have a new layout site. :]

i wanted to know a code for comment boxes

i don`t really need to know how to do it.
maybe a little teaching.

i pretty much just need the code and i`ll figure it out.

Just change 00 to height and width that you want it.

Also, for the first comment box example, with the submit button right next to the textarea you need to remove the <br> between </textarea><br><imput value
