I've noticed that my mom always sounds really nice when she picks up the phone, She has amazing phone manners.
I, personally, do not. I mean, when at school I have to say "It's a great day at sherrill's, how may I help you?". But at home, I just talk normal.  I mean... I am polite most of the time anyways, but I dont... try to be over-polite or go out of my way to be really really nice. 'Cause I normally am nice as it is.. So yeah. hahaDo you guys have good phone manners? or do you just act/talk normal? |

Talking to business/company people, I do.
When talking to my mother, i talk to her like I'm talking to my friend or something, some people are really surprised like that. When talking to friends, I always just say "later" when we're done. |
