I've noticed that my mom always sounds really nice when she picks up the phone, She has amazing phone manners.
I, personally, do not. I mean, when at school I have to say "It's a great day at sherrill's, how may I help you?". But at home, I just talk normal. ![]() Do you guys have good phone manners? or do you just act/talk normal? |

If some number calls me and I don't know who it is, I pretty much answer the phone rudely. I don't mean to. It just comes out as a rude, "Hello?" If it's someone I know it'll be an, "Oh...hi, sorry about that". But I have had people call me from numbers I don't know, talking about, "Who is this?" I hate when people contact another person and then ask them who they are...I rather know who that person was first. If it's a friend, I will just talk normally. If I need to be polite, I'll be polite. I agree. Its rude to call people and ask who is this. Im like you called me. |
