is 23.1 BMI
to much for a 14 year old who is 5'6 and plus i weight about 145 =[ and any tips on losing weight |

I found that finding a really addicting video game and getting so addicted to it that you neglected eating was a great way of losing weight. I went from 220 - 190 in one summer.
