I'm bisexual, but my mom is, like, a complete homophobe.I don't know what I should do. :/ I haven't told her yet, because I'm not sure about how she'll react...Like, I don't think she'll hate me or anything, but...I honestly have no idea what she would do if she found out.

Hmmm my opinion is a little different from the others.I am bisexual,And my mum is a f**king homophobic/nazi catholic.I have yet to come out to her.
Homophobics are very very hard to try and get their opinions to change.Reason being that they literaly have a "Phobia" or strong hatred/dislike for homosexuals.Even if you did try and explain..they still will no longer see you as the same daughter they will see you as "one of them".Its a sad truth. This is my main reason why i have yet to come out.But then again i have never had a good relationship with my mum. So thats jsut my advice about it.If you have never really had a great relationship with your mum in the first place,or if shes really really overprotective.Its best not to come out jsut yet. But you can always try if you feel ready too and dont care what the hell she thinks. |
