I need to do a speech on demonstrating something...but I have no idea what to do. If you were in my position, what would you do?

In fifth grade my teacher was explaining How-To speeches, and she used...making a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich.
 That's probably not what you're looking for, but hey it's an idea. Hmm, like others said, something you know alot about. An easy origami one would be nice. I'd suggest an inflatable box.  those are fun to make and easy once you get the hang of it.DIY: Hammock The DIY Network has great ideas, too. Jewelry could be easy. There's a lot on there, though.
