I'm bisexual, but my mom is, like, a complete homophobe.I don't know what I should do. :/ I haven't told her yet, because I'm not sure about how she'll react...Like, I don't think she'll hate me or anything, but...I honestly have no idea what she would do if she found out.

My opinion on how to help are just as valid as anyone's and if I was a forum troll...idk but I wouldn't be like this and I'd have a hell of a lot more posts, other than that read the first reply to this thread, it solves this entire problem, done and done.

If you have a really open relationship with your mother and you're prepared to deal with your mother's reaction, I guess you should go ahead and tell her, but otherwise, I'd keep it in until I was certain I'd be okay with handling the reaction-- I just feel it's not worth stirring up a big awkward thing if not necassary. |
