is 23.1 BMI
to much for a 14 year old who is 5'6 and plus i weight about 145 =[ and any tips on losing weight |

drink jamba juice PASSION BERRY BREEZE! its light with like 200 calories, and right after, go swimming! join a team so you get a good workout. its a great way to stay in shape and tone your body. chances are you don't need to LOSE WEIGHT per say; just drop a couple of pounds until you become comfortable with yourself. make sure you're still healthy! also, stick to more vegetables and fruits [apples are actually really really good and they taste great] and make sure you have vegetables and fruits with you right after practice cause trust me, you'll be hungry! and lastly, eat bananas whenever you're hungry, it's what im doing now because bananas are like super super super super healthy, i don't LOVE them but hey, no one said this was gonna be easy! anyways good luck! i'm trying to kill some spots on my body too
