is 23.1 BMI
to much for a 14 year old who is 5'6 and plus i weight about 145 =[ and any tips on losing weight |

Eat right, go running and such.
And dont eat any snacks. << easiest way to lose weight. Dont try starving yourself. It doesnt work for most people for a short period of time, you usually just gain it all back, if not more, once you start eating again. |

Dont try starving yourself. It doesnt work for most people for a short period of time, you usually just gain it all back, if not more, once you start eating again. Yeah, that doesn't work at all.I tried it before.I went about three days without eating and then just ended up making up for it by the fourth day. ^^;;;
Honestly, you don't have to nessicarily (sp) eat less, just eat healthier and excercise a lot.Walk places instead of driving or catching a bus.It's also helpful if you just do a few small exercises during the day (ex.If you're just sitting on the couch like a vegetable, get up and just stretch a bit).Just exercise and cut way back on unhealthy foods, it's as simple as that. |
