SilentD, to be honest, I feel that was a poor decision you've made. I'm sure you've contemplated for a period of time, I hope. The truth of the matter is, your father basically left your mother. Thus, what your mother needs most right now is comfort; not having another part of her own family abandon her. All you're doing is taking the easy way out. It's not easy living by yourself, which you will soon realize and learn to appreciate the true importance of "home." Hope you will change your mind.
Best of luck. |

Best of luck. you have a point. the problem is.. my dad didn't leave her. he just kept denying the truth. he still is denying it. even though his families have already confessed. and theres just many more relatives who used to cover for him, but has finally said something. honestly, my mom and dad have never lived in the same house until like a year ago. he was in the philippines or pretty much out of our lives for the last 17 years. no they werent divorced. my mom worked here and sent him money.. and hes finally here lying around and freeloading off of my mom.. would even ask me and my sisters for money just because he has no job and we do. *rolls eyes*. i guess it's your opinion.. but if you were in my position and knew all the details.. you probably would have left too. thanks. i still talk to my mom..i visit her sometimes. it was just too tense and there were always fights whenever my dad and i (or any of my sisters) were in the same room. |

Hmm.. I think I get it. It's a good thing to visit your mom and stuff, since I think that really helps her. You should continue doing that. And whack your dad in the head for being a supreme idiot (I'm sorry if that insults you in any way). |
