Brushing teeth Options

just wondering, how does everyone keep they're teeth clean, as in how often you brush and if you floss and/or use mouthwash

i brush 2 times a day and only floss like once a week
i try to use mouthwash every night but i got lazy and also do it once a week

-P.S. Can anyone tell me if this is bad because everytime i brush my teeth my gums always start to bleed and it kinda stings.

err. very bad. sign of infection/gingivitis, i would go to the dentist if i were you.

I think you're brushing too hard. I used to be really bad about that too. When you brush too hard, you're slowly making your gum lines receed. Be gentle!

could also try using softer brissles and not go to far up in the gums. maybe change your toothpaste? flossing helps too.
