graduation is coming up, and I need to buy a gift for my friend.
she's really into art, and is going to RISD (Rhode Island School of Design). I am completely lost when it comes to art, so I would greatly appreciate it if you guys have any ideas as to what would be a good gift for her!  maybe some pointers on some good quality things that artists would use. (Pencils 4b, 2b, or hb?, pens, sketchbooks, what brand?, etc.) and it would be really great if any of you have a creative way to wrap the gift or something. thanks! |

Anything by Prismacolor. But it's all very, very expensive.
Or maybe a sketchbook with a cover you decorate yourself? That would be very thoughtful. If someone bought me, like, a 100+ set of Prismamarkers or pastels, I would orgasm into my pants. You should probably check what kind of art she is going to before you plan on purchasing anything. The most versatile gift would be a sketchbook... |
