He's messing with my head..., and I'm annoyed Options

Ok I've been spending a lot of time with my friend Raymond at school and I'll walk with him part of the way home untill we get to my bus stop and I'll say goodbye and every so often we'll hug each other. Anyways, one day he'll act like he likes me as more than friends and the next he'll completely blow me off like there isn't anything there. I do like him but last year one of my friends liked him a lot and asked him to be her boyfriend and he said no cause he wanted to focus on school and stuff which I understand and all but I just get annoyed that he'll act almost like we're together and stuff and then like we're just friends. Feed back on what kind of message he's trying to convey?

Hmm seems like a guy who doesnt know what he wants right yet especially if hes cool with you one day and blowing you off the next. Hes sending you mixed signals which isnt cool on your part but he probably dont think of it that way.. what you could do is blow him off and see if he comes around .. or just say it right out but kinda jokingly like ... " hey u know sometimes i feel like we get along great and others its like you dont wanna be bothered with me your annoyed by me or something whats up with that" and laugh and see what he says.
