Been wondering for a while (noob at photo editing) How would you do something like this on photoshop? I mean exactly like it.. Borders, logos and all?

i agree textures play a huge role in how the picture looks as old as it does
and border brushes um... http://84percent.seraphellic.net/ < has some pretty cool border brushes and http://77words.livejournal.com/ they good good brushes too as for textures... it varies... |
