Hey, I'm a newbie here
 ...I joined this site thinking that this was the place to learn how to make layouts for your websites,etc... I'm confused and totally new with this stuff, but not completly lost (I know HTML ok) So, my first Question in the forums for anyone willing to answer is... How do you get started making a layout (More specifically website layouts) Do I need a program of some sort?
