Ok so i know it sound like nothing, bit i have pimples on my legs. not just one little one that you can pop, I HAVE FULL BLOWN ACNE ALL OVER MY LEGS, and its pretty noticable! if you know anything about it pleade help :(

Eczema is like a rash, not pimples. I know this because I have eczema. I never heard of pimples on your legs. I think you should go to the dermatologist and see if theirs anything to help cure it.
