ok so im going to highschool this year?
what should i look out for? and i want to join cheerleading or dance team anything i need to kno? |

Cheerleading + dance team: Given you're not talking about super high level teams, just stay in shape over the summer... go for light jogs a few times a week, don't let your bum get too acquainted with the television. Have fun, and good luck!  High school itself: Don't piss off the upperclassmen. My school kind of prohibits hazing and so it never happens, really, but I know other schools can get vicious sometimes. Just don't be too cocky around them, don't take their guys, don't be a slut, etc. Oh, and watch out for girl drama! Time to ditch the friends who you know are going to be stabbing you in the back. And make sure you keep up with the hw. Above all though... just enjoy it. Freshmen year can be tough, but you'll pull through and be amazed at how fast it went by.
