Ok so i know it sound like nothing, bit i have pimples on my legs. not just one little one that you can pop, I HAVE FULL BLOWN ACNE ALL OVER MY LEGS, and its pretty noticable! if you know anything about it pleade help :(

Eczema are not pimples or acne. It's like a red rash and/or irritation. You should probably go to the doctor about this because I've never heard of acne on the legs before. You're not using harsh soaps or anything of the sort, right?
