This is the place to discuss anything about wrestling.
So, a year ago, WWE brought back ECW. I was so excited at the time, but since I have come to realise, as well as most true ECW fans, that this WWE versison, is, well...completely WWE'd up. The only good things are CM Punk, Monty Brown (although, for some pointless reason; mainly WWE wanting copyrights), Marcus Cor Von; and, Elijah Burke. Those three could all be future World Champions. Certainly better than that boring, no-charisma piece of BOREFEST Bobby Lashley. Smackdown! recently, (the show, not brand as a whole), has had very few Main Events, but the rest of the show is going well. Raw...well, HBK is injured, and we have Cena-Khali...NEXT! Over to TNA, and with that clow Vince Russo at the helm of the writing crew, things don't look anyhwere as bright as they did this time 4,3,2, ane even last year (ago). Samoa Joe has been defeated way too many times, and Russo is giving the greatest tag team/stable ever, LAX, a bit part role to play. Now, over to Ring of Honor, and things are looking VERY bright for the future. However, with the huge upside of gaining a PPV deal, there is a huge downside. TNA have signed all joint talent, such as LAX and Alex Shelly, and WWE have signed Colt Cabana, after his year or two of performances on hEAT! However; again, there is a bright side: ROH have secured THE BRETS WRESTLER IN THE WORLD, Bryan Danielson, Jimmy Rave and Nigel McGuinness. Although, the ROH World Champion at the minute, Takeshi Morishma, Japenese guy, I'm not liking him. I think he's overrated in the ring, and, obviously with so much work to do in Japan, he only turns up for like one show every few months. Let Danielson become the first ever 2-time ROH World Champion; I say! And, finally, in my own personal fed, GWF, "GWF: The Revolution Begins" was a huge success, and we move on with more of the weekly show, "GWF Action", and next month will come "GWF Showdown", which will take place in Puerto Rico, Main Evented with LAX getting a shot at the GWF Tag Team Championships, in a Lumberjack Match, as well as UFC Hall of Famer, Ken Shamrock, going against the undefeated GWF Heavyweight Champion, Colossal. Here are some websites you may find of assistance, if mod's have a problem with them, I don't see why they would, though, because it's not really advertising, more assistance, here you go, some good, wrestling website: ROHwrestling.com GWF Wrestling website |

WWE or w/e wrestling is fake. REAL wrestling is not fake, hence the term REAL :D I wrestle w/ a bunch of college buds from time to time, fun stuff. yea I respect real wrestling, real wrestling is prehaps the most physical sport along with boxing and other martial arts and Paul Murph-E, I'm saying it's fake because the plans are all writen out, like a book, the winner of the "match" is predecided. So what's the point of it? It's like watching a movie. So what is there to discuss? Who you predict will win, even though every factor is meaningless, because the winner is already decided? It's entertaining I have to admit (some of the "wrestlers" are great actors, others not so much), but I rather watch something that is real, real attitude, real courage, real strength, like boxing. and thanks for calling me Moron, it means beautiful parrot in swahili =] |
