For my AP 11 class The Great Gatsby, The Sun Also Rises and How to Read Literature Like A Professor I read The Great Gatsby this school year and How to Read Literature like a Professor last summer. The Great Gatsby was pretty good, but damn, How to Read was a bitch to read, and especially to annotate. Though, it gave you great insight on symbols & such in literature. Good stuff. :) The chapter about sex is pretty amusing. |
