I swear im cb obssessed all of a sudden >.< anyway, whats the fastest way to get abs without machines? I've been doing 50 crunches a day for the past...2 weeks and nothing happens. Same weight (116) and I have't grown taller (5'4/5'5) so...any tips? I wanna look really good cause...cause I want to

yeah, 6 meals a day is much better than 3. For your body to have ample protein supply and positive nitrogen balance, its better to take in protein/have a meal every 3 hours or so. Also by having 6 meals a day instead of 3, you keep your metabolism higher due to the body constantly burning fuel, which will allow you to keep weight off easier.
I take protein supplements, joint compounds, and eat about 5300calories per day at the moment. I have taken creatine inthe past however not at the moment. |
