Something that my boyfriend and I think is really fun to do is to think of all the funny, embarrassing things that the other said while "in the moment" - whether acting ridiculously lovey or during physical stuff - and say them out loud to eachother and laugh about it.
Do you think the things that you say to your boyfriend/girlfriend in moments like those are hilarious to look back on, or do you still think they're cute after the fact? |

I'm single currently, but those moments are also embarassing to me. I'm very much a cynic and for me to lovey duvey makes me just scoff at myself. I think, 'ewww, that was lame' or 'would you like some wine with that cheese?'.
I'm just not a mushy person that way. Sometimes though, I can laugh at myself (or my boyfriends, or at eachother) because although we're being ridiculously romantic and silly, it's heartfelt and can just laugh at how lame we are. |
